The cosmetic surgery market in this major city is very competitive, with many existing high-end clinics and new competitors opening frequently. Additionally, patients are difficult to find, as potential patients are very discreet. Our client wanted to generate high quality leads for consultations with patients who had intention to buy.
We executed a 360-degree integrated marketing strategy that included branding the facility, building a website and launching a campaign to drive awareness and traffic.

Our platform also enabled “click and collect” experience that captured the sale online, with pick-up in store.
40,000 customers have registered for personalized features, with over 25% of all online sales coming from personalized requests. Likewise, our solution changed the company’s business model and streamlined fulfilment based on predetermined consumer demand.
